Client Brand D, a premium European skincare brand, was experiencing declining impressions year-over-year under their previous agency. They needed a partner who could diagnose the root cause and rebuild.

Our strategy

After a thorough audit, we identified that the previous agency’s display advertising campaigns were cannibalizing Paid Ads performance. We recommended sunsetting display advertising entirely and reallocating budget to high-intent search campaigns.
